Can the system be
modified?
Yes. Absolutely. They are designed to fit perfectly into
your mortgage business, whether you process the entire loan yourself
or outsource parts of it. Modify them any way you see fit.
However, they are for your own personal use only and are NOT for
re-sale (violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of
the law).

Will this system work
in my area?
This system will work for any state in the U.S. (and can be adapted
to other countries as well). Of course, every
state has their own rules and regulations on what needs to be
completed for a loan file. That's why the sheets are
customizable and can be modified to suit your own specific
marketplace. Also, some past users of the system have
commented that they don't need some of the steps listed on the
worksheets, so they simply remove them. Do whatever works best
for you. Please be aware that these sheets are VERY detail
oriented and they don't leave a single step out. Read

How will the system
be delivered to me?
The system will be delivered to you in a downloadable area after
payment is processed. You will be able to customize and use the
system immediately.

What format will the
system be delivered?
The system comes in a zipped file format with all the worksheets included
in Microsoft Word document type (which you can use to modify each
one to suit your individual needs). Also, included is a non-modifiable PDF
version of the worksheets for easy reading and access. If you do not have a
program that can unzip files, you can get one free from Winzip (click on "download evaluation version"). You
can use this to "unzip" the Sink or Swim Loan Closing System ®
onto your computer desktop.

Will the system work
on my computer?
The system works on all types of computers and operating systems
(including Windows 95, 98, 2000, XP, VISTA, Apple, Linux, Unix, etc.
It will work anywhere and on any system, however, you must have
Microsoft Word and the free Adobe PDF reader, in order to open the
files.

Can I ask you
questions about your system?
Yes. If you have a question about the system, even after you
have purchased it and are learning to use it, please feel free to
email me at sales@myloansystem.com . I am happy to help any of my customers gain more value
out of the worksheets.

What happens if the
industry changes?
The mortgage industry is constantly changing. All buyers of my
system, get unlimited lifetime updates...meaning that when the
industry changes at any time, a new set of the worksheets will be
emailed to you.

How is your system
different than Calyx Point, Genesis 2000, Byte, or any other Loan
Origination System (LOS)?
Point and other loan origination software don't ask for the
information that my mortgage system covers. I actually use
Point in my business to help me process my loans, but Point was
lacking in some key areas, and didn't help me to pre-qualify a
customer or price-out the loan correctly. What my mortgage
system does, is pick up where Point and other processing programs
leave off. The worksheets guide you step-by-step through each
part of the loan process and actually tell you what to do
next. The Sink or Swim Loan Closing System ® doesn't get
rid of your current software--it works in conjunction with it.
Compare the contents of your
software with the information that my mortgage worksheets ask
for. You will see the difference.

How many times will I
be able to download the system?
The download link is good for a couple of downloads, so you will be
able to download to both your home and work computer, if you decide.
If, for some reason, you need additional downloads, please email me
and I will reset the download link.

Can you help me get a
job in the mortgage industry?
My worksheets have helped new loan officers hit the floor running
and sell loans even within their first week of joining a
company. Although, I can't offer job placement assistance, I
will try to steer you in the right direction if I can. As part
of my system, I include a section on how to find a job and offer
some tips and resources to help you. This is
